How the Scorecard Works

Answer the Questionnaire

The Well-being Works Better™ Scorecard uses your answers to evaluate the culture of health and well-being in your workplace. Questions include, “Does your company have a Cardiac Emergency Response Plan?” or “Is there a written mental health policy?” 

Analyze Your Score

Once you complete the Scorecard, you can access a dashboard that reveals your company’s scores across different dimensions of well-being, including:

Compare Your Results

You can easily compare your company’s performance with peers in your industry, considering workforce size and annual revenue — it's a fantastic way to gain insights!

Based on your Scorecard results, your company will earn a recognition level from the American Heart Association. Choosing to opt in will allow your organization to be publicly recognized on the Well-being Works Better website and in other promotional opportunities.
